Yes, I am in the process of paneling with BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Meritain, and Medicare. I will provide a Superbill for reimbursement purposes when needed.

Yes, private pay for therapy or coaching is $150.00. All major credit cards are accepted.

The first session allows us to get to know one another. I often ask follow up questions based on the paperwork you fill out prior to the appointment. It’s helpful to get a “bigger picture” of your life, so we can come up with a plan of healing.

Life happens to us all, which means rescheduling or canceling may be necessary. If so, please provide 24 hours notice. There is a no-show/late cancellation fee that will be charged to your card on file. It is important to note that insurance companies do not reimburse for canceled sessions.

Research shows that movement plays a significant role in physical and mental health. Anyone interested in combining movement and counseling is encouraged to wear your best walking shoes!
